Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Cancellation
Customers may cancel their laundry service orders by contacting Masters Laundry via phone, email, or through our website or mobile app. To avoid being charged, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
2. Refunds
a. Refund Eligibility: Refunds are issued in accordance with the following criteria:
- If a cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, the customer is eligible for a full refund.
- If Masters Laundry fails to pick up or deliver the laundry within the agreed-upon timeframe, the customer is eligible for a full refund.
- Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, except in cases of extenuating circumstances determined at the discretion of Masters Laundry.
b. Refund Process: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order within 3 days business days of the cancellation request. Customers will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed.
3. Modification or Rescheduling
Customers may modify or reschedule their laundry service orders by contacting Masters Laundry at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Modifications or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time may be accommodated at the discretion of Masters Laundry and may be subject to additional charges.
